December Update

Hello everyone! We've made it to December! Hope everyone had a safe and fun Thanksgiving!

JUST A REMINDER: IF YOU OR SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU HAS COME BACK POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 IN THE PAST 14 DAYS WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE!

No big changes this month, but we want to remind everyone what we have been doing to keep everyone safe during these trying times:

We are continuing curbside appointments due to COVID-19. We do not see this changing anytime soon. For curbside appointments, we ask that you call to check in upon arrival. We will take a history and then come out to your vehicle to get your pet. The Doctor will examine and do all necessary procedures on your pet and then either come outside or call you to discuss your pets appointment and answer any questions you may have.

Please continue to call ahead when ordering food and medications, as well as when you arrive for your appointments.

Vaccine and Wellness appointments are currently booked out over one month, currently into early January. Please consider this and call ahead to schedule your pet's annual exams! Puppy and Kittens are on stricter vaccine schedules and will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

For Saturdays this month, please call ahead to check if we are in the office; We plan on being here December 5th and December 12th, but closed the remaining Saturday's for the holidays.

We are NOT doing any normal boarding at this time. However, if you are interested in Christmas\New Years boarding, let us know. If there is enough interest we may be able to do some for those 2 weeks.

Tuesday has been, and still is our Surgery day. No appointments will be able to be seen that day.

We are trying our best to squeeze every sick\emergency appointment in that we can. However, with one doctor and limited staffing we will be forced to continue to refer some patients to emergency clinics. We understand that this can be frustrating, but it is for the best interest of your pet if we think they may need immediate care that we can not provide at that time.

The phones have not stopped ringing in these past months, so we ask that you continue to please be patient if you are on hold longer than usual.

If you leave a voicemail(or send an email) for the doctor, please allow 5-7 days for her to get back to you. We hope to get back to you sooner, but are unable to guarantee that.

We will continue to try to keep everyone up to date with any changes we make, and we hope everyone have a SAFE and Merry Christmas as well as a Happy New Year!
